Shipping Details
Shipping is calculated based on parcel size and weight. As professional hairdressing foils are bulky and heavy, shipping costs are naturally higher than lightweight items.
We do our best to reduce shipping costs wherever possible. In many cases, the amount charged at checkout does not fully cover the courier fee, we absorb part of the cost to help keep your order affordable.
For example, a carton delivered to regional Queensland may cost you around $20 at checkout, while the courier charge to us can be significantly higher. We choose to cover the difference rather than pass the full cost on.
Our pricing philosophy is simple: transparent product pricing, fair shipping, and no hidden mark ups.
